National Housing Market Update | November 2019

A rise in buyer activity across the board. 1.2% rise in national dwelling values, forth straight month of rise in dwelling values.

Strongest growth conditions in Sydney and Melbourne, dwelling cities went up across all capital cities expect for Perth. Continued clear improvement across regional markets, except for drought impacted regions.

Lower interest rates, stable federal government, better access to credit all contributing to the continued improvement in conditions. Economic sentiment however is poor across Australians, advertised listing are now 14% below what they were this time last year. The lowest amount since 2009.
